How to Export Multiple Confluence Pages Easily 2026

By Impran M N

Opening and saving articles one at a time isn't practical when you need to archive a whole section of documentation. This guide shows how to use Confluence's bulk export tools to pull multiple pages at once into a single downloadable package.

01Open Space Settings

Open your target space, scroll to the bottom of the left sidebar, and click Space Settings.

02Find the export option

Navigate to the Manage Space Data section and select Export Content.

03Choose a format

Select either PDF documents or the full HTML framework, depending on how you plan to use the archive.

04Select specific pages

Click Custom Export to open the interactive page tree, then check only the parent and nested pages you want to include.

05Export and download

Click Export, wait for the cloud engine to compile your data, then click the download link to fetch the finished ZIP archive.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I export just a few pages instead of the whole space?

Yes, choosing Custom Export lets you check specific groups of parent and nested pages instead of exporting everything.

What format should I use to export multiple pages?

Choose PDF for presentation-ready documents or the full HTML framework if you need an offline, browsable copy.

Will my images and attachments be included in the export?

Toggling the advanced multimedia options during export helps ensure image maps and project files stay attached to the output.

How do I know when a large export is finished?

You can track completion meters in the background while the archive compiles before downloading the final ZIP file.
